Zu Aalberts Surface Technologies gehört u.a. die Einheit Heat Treatment Europe mit knapp 1.000 Mitarbeitern an 23 Standorten. Als Technologieführer im Bereich der Wärmebehandlung bieten wir anwendungsspezifische Lösungen für unsere Kunden an.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Sparte Heat Treatment suchen wir an unserem Standort in Dunningen eine/n

Maschinen- und Anlagenführer Brünieranlage (m/w/d)

ihre aufgaben

  • Verantwortungsvolles Bedienen unserer automatisierten Brünieranlage
  • Überwachung der Badanalysen (Temperatur, Konzentration) und Einhaltung der Prozessparameter für ein optimales Ergebnis
  • Durchführung von Sichtkontrollen und Qualitätsprüfungen der Brünierschicht (Farbe, Haftung)
  • Durchführen von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an der Anlage
  • Beschicken der Anlage mit Rohmaterialien und Abtransport der Fertigware
  • Unterstützen beim Befüllen und Entleeren der Gestelle

ihr profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Oberflächenbeschichter oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation / Begabung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der Metalloberflächenbehandlung, idealerweise Brünieren oder Galvanik
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (1- oder 2 Schicht System)
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
