Kom dan werken als medewerker chemische dienst bij Aalberts Surface Technologies in Eindhoven. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, analyseren en optimaliseren van de chemische processen binnen onze productieomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en techniek om een constante hoge kwaliteit van onze galvanische behandelingen te garanderen.

Wij verzorgen de oppervlaktebehandeling met 60 betrokken en ervaren medewerkers, zeven productielijnen, een cleanroom en een uitgebreid laboratorium. Om met onze klanten mee te kunnen groeien, wordt er een groot investeringsprogramma uitgerold.

Ter versterking van ons team, zoeken wij voor de vestiging Eindhoven een

Medewerker Chemische Dienst

(Fulltime)

de werkzaamheden zijn:

· Uitvoeren van chemische analyses van galvanische baden en procesvloeistoffen;

· Het verzorgen van de chemische baden en het beheren en bedienen van de waterzuivering;

. Voorbereiden en toevoegen van chemicaliën aan procesbaden:

. Registreren en rapporteren van analyseresultaten;

. Bewaken van de kwaliteit van oppervlaktebehandelingen en processtromen;

. Zorgdragen voor een veilige omgang met chemicaliën en het naleven van milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften;

· Mede verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het chemicaliën magazijn;

· Uitvoeren van eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

wat wij vragen:

· MBO werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur richting Chemie, Procestechniek of Laboratoriumtechniek;

. Affiniteit met chemische processen en techniek;

· Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pre;

· Kennis van galvanische processen is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste;

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;

· Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht;

· Bereidheid om nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden op te doen;

· Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal. kennis van de Engelse taal is niet noodzakelijk maar wel makkelijk.
