Zu Aalberts Surface Technologies gehört u.a. die Einheit Heat Treatment Europe mit knapp 1.000 Mitarbeitern an 23 Standorten. Als Technologieführer im Bereich der Wärmebehandlung bieten wir anwendungsspezifische Lösungen für unsere Kunden an.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Sparte Heat Treatment suchen wir in Vollzeit (40 Std. / Woche) an unserem Standort in Werther eine/n

Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

ihre aufgaben

  • eigenverantwortliches Bedienen der Wärmebehandlungs-/ Beschichtungsanlagen
  • Abarbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen gemäß Fertigungsplanung
  • Beseitigung von Anlagenstörungen ggf. unter Mithilfe der Werkinstandhaltung
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitsanweisungen und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Sorgfältiger und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Kundenbauteilen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Rückverfolgbarkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Mitarbeit an einem kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess

  • Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computer und E-Mail
  • Bereitschaft für 3-Schichtarbeit
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
