Zur Mitgestaltung des strategischen Wachstums unserer Sparte Polymer suchen wir an unserem Standort Mülheim a. d. Ruhr einen

Sales Engineer - Technischer Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

ihre aufgaben

  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden im Bereich thermischer Beschichtungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Akquise neuer Kunden
  • Erstellung kundenspezifischer Angebote, Kalkulationen und Pflege relevanter Kundendaten
  • Verantwortung für das Erreichen definierter Vertriebsziele sowie aktives Reporting
  • Durchführung fundierter Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftschancen
  • Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen sowie der Geschäftsführung

ihr profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich thermischer Beschichtungen
  • Branchenkenntnisse und Verständnis für industrielle Beschichtungsprozesse und spezifische Branchenanforderungen (z.B. Antriebstechnik, Bahn, Getriebetechnik, Maschinenbau)
  • Ausgeprägte Lösungskompetenz, Projektmanagement-Skills, Kundenorientierung und Eigenverantwortung
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
