Teamassistenz (Vertrieb, Einkauf & Administration) (m/w/d)

Sie lieben Organisation, behalten auch in turbulenten Situationen den Überblick und arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen? Dann erwartet Sie bei uns eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit Verantwortung. Sie unterstützen unser Team im Vertrieb und Einkauf, koordinieren administrative Abläufe und tragen mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise maßgeblich zu unserem Unternehmenserfolg bei.

ihre aufgaben

  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Einkauf und Administration
  • Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Verantwortung für die Rechnungsstellung und Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Präsentationen zur Unterstützung fundierter Entscheidungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen

ihr profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Vorkenntnisse in einem ERP-System
  • Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
