Du übernimmst Verantwortung für moderne Arbeitswelten an mehreren Standorten und hast direkten Einfluss auf Qualität, Sicherheit, Kosten und die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den operativen Facility-Management-Betrieb mehrerer Standorte in der DACH-Region
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung externer Dienstleister
  • Sicherstellung von Betreiberpflichten, Wartungen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Planung und Begleitung von Umbauten, Umzügen und Flächenanpassungen
  • Verantwortung für Sicherheits-, Zutritts- und Standortthemen
  • Durchführung von Standortbegehungen und Qualitätsaudits
  • Steuerung von Störungen und Eskalationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie People & Culture, IT, Einkauf, Arbeitssicherheit und Finance
  • Unterstützung bei Standortstrategie-, Konsolidierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management
  • Technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungssteuerung sowie Kenntnisse zu Betreiberpflichten und Gebäudebetrieb
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
