Wil je klanten helpen met zowel support als advies? Vind je het leuk om te schakelen tussen telefonisch contact, klantbezoeken en trainingen? Bij TwinQ zoeken we een klantencoach die beheerders van VvE’s helpt hun werk makkelijker te maken met onze software.

Wat ga je doen?

Iedere ochtend begint met een kop koffie en een glimlach. Je opent je laptop en begroet je collega’s, even bijpraten over het weekend en dan door naar de dagelijkse stand-up. In de stand-up bespreken jij en je collega’s de plannen voor de dag, hoe is afgelopen week verlopen en waar ligt de focus op. Jouw rol als klantencoach gaat verder dan beantwoorden van klantvragen; je bent de persoon die de juiste oplossing vindt voor elk probleem.

Als klantencoach ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor beheerders van Verenigingen van Eigenaren (VvE’s). Je luistert naar hun wensen, beantwoordt vragen en biedt oplossingen op maat. Hiermee help je het uitgebreide proces van VvE-beheer zo makkelijk mogelijk uit te voeren. Dit is niet alleen fijn voor de beheerders, maar ook voor bewoners.

Je schakelt tussen telefoongesprekken, e-mails en ontmoetingen met klanten. Je start met het beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en mail, en ontwikkelt je stap voor stap richting het verzorgen van gebruikerstrainingen bij klanten op locatie. Na een grondige inwerkperiode, ga je zelfstandig trainingen geven en klanten door het hele land bezoeken. Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met klanten door hun behoeften te begrijpen en hen proactief te ondersteunen. Samen met ons team werk je aan innovatieve manieren om het VvE-beheer proces te verbeteren en onze dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wat bieden we jou?

Je komt te werken in een ontzettend gezellig team, waar je bij de start van je nieuwe functie kunt rekenen op een uitgebreid inwerktraject. Daarnaast bieden we ook de volgende voordelen:

  • Salaris tussen €3.500,- en €4.500,- bruto per maand, plus 8% vakantietoeslag

Wat wij van jou vragen

  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Positieve instelling en het vermogen om onder druk te presteren
  • Interesse in technologie en bereidheid om nieuwe systemen en tools te leren
  • Je vindt het leuk om af te wisselen tussen werken op kantoor en bij klanten
  • Ervaring in klantenservice is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • HBO denk- en werkniveau

TwinQ is specialist in VvE-beheersoftware en onderdeel van de Aareon Group. We helpen VvE-beheerders om financiële, technische en administratieve processen te automatiseren, zoals het verwerken van facturen en het bijhouden van de financiën. Ook bieden we een VvE Portaal waar VvE-leden documenten, notulen en financiële informatie kunnen inzien.
