✨ EXPERTISE

Pour notre expertise Operations, nous accompagnons les entreprises à chaque étape de leur stratégie, en les aidant à transformer, digitaliser, optimiser leurs processus et à atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle. Nous intervenons sur la performance de la supply chain, l’optimisation des achats et des coûts d’énergie, ainsi que dans l’amélioration continue.

📋 CONTEXTE DE POSTE

Notre client, groupe français spécialisé dans le calcul haute performance et intelligence artificielle et basé à la Défense, est à la recherche d'un acheteur IT en appui aux équipes achats internes.

🔎 VOS FUTURES MISSIONS

  • Soutenir les stratégies d’achats pour les sous-catégories IT et prestations de services, en accord avec les stratégies du Groupe et des parties prenantes.
  • Diriger des projets stratégiques, notamment la recherche de fournisseurs, la gestion des appels d’offres, la négociation et la mise en place des contrats.
  • Structurer, gérer et évaluer les panels de fournisseurs.
  • Traiter les questions contractuelles, telles que la mise à jour des contrats, le respect des conditions générales et la gestion de la base de données des contrats.
  • Identifier et proposer des leviers économiques pour optimiser les coûts.
  • Établir des estimations de coûts, négocier des accords-cadres et suivre les performances financières.
  • Effectuer des analyses comparatives et étudier le marché afin d’apporter une valeur ajoutée aux clients internes et d’adapter les stratégies d’approvisionnement aux évolutions du marché.
  • Établir des relations solides avec les clients internes

🎯 VOS ATOUTS POUR CE POSTE

Vos expériences :

  • Vous avez au minimum 5 d’expérience dans le domaine IT et des prestations de services professionnels au sein d’organisations complexes
  • Vous êtes diplomé d'un Bac +5 en achat
  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités dans la gestion et la négociation de contrats
  • Vous avez une expérience opérationnelle avérée dans la gestion des appels d’offres, les négociations commerciales et la gestion de projets dans le domaine des achats
  • Une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur industriel sera un atout

Vos compétences comportementales :

  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en négociation, communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Vous êtes orienté résultats et vous avez le sens des affaires
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et de capacité d’adaptation
