🔎VOS MISSIONS

Notre client recherche un(e) Concepteur(trice) de composants photoniques silicium ayant plus de 3 ans d'expérience pour rejoindre notre équipe de conception photonique en pleine croissance. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expertise dans la conception et la simulation de dispositifs photoniques en silicium, une expérience pratique des tape-outs en fonderie commerciale, et la capacité à collaborer efficacement au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.

Responsabilités principales

  • Concevoir et optimiser des composants photoniques silicium tels que guides d'onde, modulateurs, coupleurs, filtres et détecteurs.
  • Réaliser des simulations électromagnétiques à l'aide des outils Lumerical (FDTD, EME) ou équivalents.
  • Développer des layouts à l'aide de KLayout ou d'outils de layout IC équivalents, en garantissant la conformité aux règles PDK et DRC.
  • Participer au flux de conception complet, du concept à la fabrication, y compris plusieurs tape-outs en fonderies commerciales.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes procédés, packaging et systèmes afin de garantir des performances robustes des dispositifs.
  • Analyser et interpréter les données de mesure issues de l'équipe de test afin de valider les conceptions et de piloter des améliorations itératives.
  • Résoudre les problèmes de conception et proposer des solutions efficaces pour atteindre les objectifs de performance et de rendement.
  • Documenter les conceptions, simulations et résultats de tests de manière claire et professionnelle.

🎯 NOTRE RECHERCHE

Qualifications requises

  • Master ou doctorat en photonique, génie électrique, physique ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en conception photonique silicium.
  • Expérience avérée avec : Lumerical (FDTD, EME) ou outils de simulation équivalents. KLayout ou outils de layout similaires.
  • Expérience avérée de plusieurs tape-outs en fonderies commerciales CMOS/photonique silicium.
  • Solide compréhension de : La physique des dispositifs photoniques. La propagation des ondes optiques et les mécanismes de couplage. Les contraintes de fabrication et leur variabilité.

Compétences et aptitudes

  • Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe dans un environnement transversal.
  • Expérience dans l'interprétation et l'exploitation de données expérimentales de test pour améliorer la conception.
  • Excellent souci du détail et de la qualité.
  • La connaissance de la programmation (Python, MATLAB ou similaire) est un plus.

Communication

  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais (oral et écrit), avec la capacité à communiquer clairement des concepts techniques.

Atouts supplémentaires

  • Expérience avec d'autres outils de simulation (par ex. COMSOL, CST).
  • Connaissance des kits de conception de procédé (PDK) et de la conception pour la fabrication (DfM).
  • Expérience en packaging ou en intégration photonique au niveau système.

Conditions

  • Poste basé à Grenoble
  • Contrat : CDI.
  • Rémunération : 45K-65K selon profil
  • Prise de poste : selon disponibilité.
