ABGI Technology recrute pour son client, leur futur Ingénieur Intégration Procédés III-V, Layout et Caractérisation F/H en CDI, basé à Grenoble (38)

🔎VOS MISSIONS

Au sein de l'équipe R&D, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'évaluation, la sélection et l'optimisation de technologies avancées de fabrication III-V. Vous travaillerez en lien direct avec des fonderies III-V externes et coordonnerez vos actions avec les équipes internes (conception, industrialisation, packaging, tests).

Vous piloterez la définition des layouts en cohérence avec les flux d'intégration procédés, animerez les échanges avec les fonderies, et contribuerez à la fabrication, aux tests et à la caractérisation des composants.

Missions principales

  • Définir et optimiser les flux d'intégration procédés pour les dispositifs photoniques.
  • Traduire ces flux en layouts de masques robustes, conformes aux règles de conception des fonderies (DRC, LVS).
  • Assurer l'interface technique principale avec les fonderies externes (modèle fabless) : tape-outs, revues de procédés, itérations de fabrication.
  • Contribuer à la fabrication des composants et réaliser leur caractérisation électro-optique.
  • Analyser les résultats et assurer la boucle de rétroaction avec les équipes conception et procédés.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Design, Procédés, Packaging et Test.

🎯 NOTRE RECHERCHE

  • Master ou doctorat en science des matériaux, physique des semi-conducteurs ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en intégration de procédés (PIC, semi-conducteurs ou MEMS), ou doctorat + 2 ans.
  • Anglais courant (niveau C1).
  • Solide expérience en intégration de procédés et en layout lié aux flux de fabrication.
  • Connaissance des procédés lasers InP/AsGa, de la technologie LNO (Lithium Niobate on Insulator) et des plateformes d'intégration photonique (MTP).
  • Familiarité avec les procédés salle blanche (lithographie, gravure, dépôt), les PDK et les contraintes de conception des fonderies.
  • Expérience en caractérisation de composants (optique et électrique) et en analyse de performance.
  • Bon esprit d'équipe, à l'aise dans un environnement fabless multi-partenaires.

Communication

  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais (oral et écrit), avec la capacité à communiquer clairement des concepts techniques.

Conditions

  • Poste basé à Grenoble
  • Contrat : CDI.
  • Rémunération : 50K-70K selon profil
  • Prise de poste : selon disponibilité.
