ABGI Technology recrute pour son client, une structure fabricant et commercant des sous-ensembles et accessoires robotiques, pour des opérations d’inspection, de maintenance et de manipulation en environnements difficiles.,,leur futur Ingénieur mécanique en robotique sous-marine F/H en CDI, basé à Montpellier (34)

🔎VOS MISSIONS

Dans le cadre du développement de systèmes robotiques destinés aux environnements sous-marins sévères (grande profondeur, forte pression, milieux corrosifs), notre client recherche un ingénieur mécanique pour concevoir, développer et qualifier des solutions mécaniques innovantes intégrées à des équipements sous-marins (AUV, ROV).

Vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

Conception mécanique

  • Concevoir des ensembles mécaniques pour systèmes sous-marins (actionneurs, enveloppe étanche, étanchéité dynamique, compensation en huile).
  • Développer des actionneurs, transmissions, guidages et systèmes d’étanchéité adaptés aux grandes profondeurs.
  • Réaliser les études de dimensionnement.

Intégration dans l’équipe

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes électronique, logiciel embarqué et système.
  • Prendre en compte les contraintes d’intégration : volume, masse, interfaces mécaniques/électriques.
  • Participer à la définition de l’architecture globale du système.

Prototypage et industrialisation

  • Suivre la réalisation des prototypes (fabrication interne ou sous-traitée).
  • Piloter les échanges techniques avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants (usinage, traitements de surface, étanchéité).
  • Rédiger les dossiers de définition (plans, nomenclatures, notes de calcul).
  • Contribuer à la mise en production (pré-série / série).

Essais et qualification

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les plans d’essais mécaniques et fonctionnels (air, huile, pression).
  • Analyser les résultats d’essais, identifier les causes de défaillance et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Participer aux phases de qualification et de validation produit (internes et clients).

Support projet et documentation

  • Participer aux revues de conception.
  • Rédiger la documentation technique (rapports, analyses de risques, notices).
  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes projet et aux clients.

🎯 NOTRE RECHERCHE

Vous êtes à l’aise avec la lecture de plans techniques et souhaitez intervenir sur des projets de génie civil exigeants, dans un environnement structuré et collaboratif.

Compétences attendues

  • Solide maîtrise de la conception mécanique (CAO type SolidWorks ou équivalent).
  • Bonne connaissance des problématiques d’étanchéité, de pression et de mécanique des structures.
  • Expérience en environnements contraints (sous-marin, offshore, défense, oil & gas) appréciée.
  • Capacité à lire et produire une documentation technique rigoureuse.
  • Contrôler la conformité des conceptions par rapport aux objectifs de coûts, de délais et de qualité.
  • Anglais technique – niveau opérationnel

Compétences transverses

  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Autonomie et rigueur.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais technique (écrit et oral).

Atouts appréciés

  • Expérience sur des actionneurs électriques ou systèmes électromécaniques en milieu marin.
  • Connaissances en essais pression et qualification produit.
  • Sensibilité aux normes et exigences client (industrie, défense, offshore).
  • Passion ou expérience dans le domaine de la robotique sous-marine.

Profil Recherché

  • De formation Ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac+5) en mécanique, mécatronique ou génie mécanique..
  • Expérience de 10 ans minimum dans la conception de produits mécaniques complexes. Une expérience dans le secteur naval, offshore ou de l'instrumentation sous-marine est un atout majeur.
