ABGi Technology recrute pour son client, une PME française spécialisée dans l’archéologie préventive et la conduite de projets scientifiques, son futur Responsable Bureau d’Études – Néolithique / Âges des Métaux F/H en CDI, basé en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

🔎 VOS MISSIONS

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client recherche un(e) Responsable Bureau d’Études afin d’assurer le pilotage et la coordination de son activité scientifique sur les périodes du Néolithique et des Âges des Métaux.

Véritable référent(e) scientifique, vous intervenez à la fois sur la préparation des projets, le suivi des opérations, la coordination des équipes et le développement des collaborations scientifiques.

Les missions qui vous seront demandées :

  • Identifier et suivre les opportunités de fouilles archéologiques préventives et les appels d’offres ;
  • Élaborer et piloter les projets scientifiques et techniques d’intervention ;
  • Participer aux négociations avec les différents donneurs d’ordre dans le cadre des marchés ;
  • Assurer le suivi scientifique et technique des opérations de fouilles jusqu’à la finalisation des rapports scientifiques ;
  • Accompagner les Responsables d’opération dans la méthodologie terrain, le suivi des moyens et l'organisation du post-fouille ;
  • Planifier et suivre les plans de charge des collaborateurs et spécialistes mobilisés sur les différents projets ;
  • Manager et fédérer les équipes autour des projets scientifiques ;
  • Entretenir les relations avec les différents acteurs institutionnels et scientifiques du secteur ;
  • Développer des collaborations avec les opérateurs, laboratoires, chercheurs et organismes de recherche ;
  • Participer à la diffusion et à la valorisation scientifique des travaux réalisés ;
  • Contribuer ponctuellement à la rédaction de rapports, publications et documents scientifiques.

🎯 NOTRE RECHERCHE

Compétences et expériences requises :

  • Solide connaissance des méthodes et techniques de l’archéologie préventive ;
  • Spécialisation scientifique sur le Néolithique et/ou les Âges des Métaux ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du cadre administratif d’une opération de fouille préventive, de la phase terrain jusqu’au rendu du rapport et des mobiliers archéologiques ;
  • Expérience en bureau d’études dans le domaine de l’archéologie préventive indispensable ;
  • Expérience dans le pilotage et le suivi de projets scientifiques complexes ;
  • Connaissance du fonctionnement et des attentes des différents acteurs institutionnels de l’archéologie préventive ;
  • Bonne connaissance du contexte scientifique national ;
  • Capacité à coordonner plusieurs projets et interlocuteurs simultanément ;
  • Expérience en négociation dans le cadre de marchés ou appels d’offres ;
  • Une expérience en tant que Responsable d’opération constitue un réel atout ;
  • Des publications scientifiques dans des revues spécialisées sont appréciées.

Profil recherché

Formation Master 2 minimum en archéologie ou discipline équivalente, idéalement complétée par une thèse.

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et force de proposition. Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel, de qualités de communication et êtes capable de fédérer une équipe autour de projets scientifiques.

Permis B obligatoire.
