ABGI Technology recrute pour son client, une entreprise spécialisée dans la rénovation de bâtiments leur futur Responsable d'Agence F/H en CDI, basé à Paris (75)

🔎VOS MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) directement au 2 dirigeants de l'entreprise, vous assurez la gestion de l’exploitation, pilotez l’ensemble des chantiers de l’établissement de Paris et coordonnez l’activité.

En étroite collaboration avec les 10 conducteurs de travaux et chargés d’affaires dont vous aurez la responsabilité.

Superviser les chantiers en collaboration avec les conducteurs de travaux et les chargés d’affaires :

  • Effectuer un suivi hebdomadaire : arbitrer et planifier les priorités en matière de planning, garantir le respect du calendrier, effectuer les ajustements nécessaires
  • Veiller à la disponibilité des ressources : budget, affectation des équipes, investissement en matériel
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance : contrôle budgétaire, gestion des ressources et respect des délais en lien avec le Directeur Financier

Piloter l’équipe des conducteurs de travaux / Chargés d’affaires

  • Fixer les objectifs en matière de respect des délais, des coûts, de la qualité, de la sécurité afin d’assurer au client une livraison dans les règles de l’art et dans le maintien de l’image de l’entreprise
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de conducteurs de travaux et chargés d’affaires sur les aspects matériels, matériaux, ressources…
  • Intervenir en tant que conseils et appui auprès des conducteurs de travaux et des chargés d’affaires : résolution des dysfonctionnements (pannes, litiges, service après vente…), gestion des conflits sur les chantiers

Etre force de proposition dans l’optimisation de l’organisation des chantiers

Participer aux réflexions du pôle Amélioration

Développement commercial en collaboration avec le dirigeant

Profil Recherché

Vous avez déjà piloté une agence dans le secteur du BTP, avec la responsabilité directe de conducteurs de travaux et/ou chargés d'affaires. Vous savez arbitrer les priorités, tenir les indicateurs et faire avancer vos équipes dans un environnement multi-chantiers exigeant. Manager de terrain autant que relais stratégique, vous êtes naturellement à l'aise dans une relation de confiance directe avec des dirigeants.

Conditions

  • Poste basé à Paris
  • Contrat : CDI.
  • Rémunération : 80K-100K selon profil
  • Prise de poste : selon disponibilité.
