Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar de forma estratégica e técnica na arquitetura de sistemas, com forte influência nas decisões de engenharia, produto e negócio.

Esse papel é fundamental para impulsionar a evolução da nossa plataforma, garantindo escala, eficiência e sustentabilidade técnica, além de fortalecer a maturidade dos times e disseminar boas práticas de engenharia.

O que você vai fazer

Arquitetura e Engenharia

  • Definir, evoluir e governar a arquitetura de sistemas e produtos, do design à operação;
  • Estabelecer padrões arquiteturais e boas práticas para garantir qualidade e consistência;
  • Projetar soluções robustas de integração (APIs, eventos, mensageria);
  • Garantir documentação clara e versionada das decisões arquiteturais;
  • Liderar iniciativas de modernização e redução de dívida técnica;
  • Garantir sistemas resilientes, escaláveis, seguros e observáveis;
  • Incentivar reutilização de soluções, promovendo eficiência entre times;

Execução e Entrega

  • Apoiar tecnicamente a execução das iniciativas estratégicas;
  • Quebrar problemas complexos em entregas incrementais de alto valor;
  • Atuar em decisões técnicas críticas e resolução de incidentes relevantes;
  • Otimizar uso de infraestrutura com foco em eficiência e FinOps;

Governança e Métricas

  • Garantir aderência a padrões e boas práticas de arquitetura;
  • Definir e acompanhar indicadores de engenharia e produto (OKRs);
  • Promover melhorias contínuas com base em dados e métricas;

Pessoas e Cultura

  • Ser referência técnica e influenciador dentro e fora dos times;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de engenheiros e onboarding;
  • Disseminar cultura de qualidade, arquitetura e excelência técnica;
  • Colaborar com lideranças de produto, engenharia e negócio;

Arquitetura e Soluções com IA

  • Definir arquiteturas para soluções baseadas em IA (LLMs, agentes e automações);
  • Avaliar casos de uso considerando valor de negócio, riscos e viabilidade;
  • Projetar soluções integradas com sistemas corporativos e fluxos de negócio;
  • Estabelecer padrões de uso responsável de IA (segurança, privacidade e governança);

O que esperamos de você

Experiência técnica

  • Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software (principalmente .NET);
  • Experiência em arquitetura e soluções em cloud (preferencialmente Azure);
  • Vivência com microsserviços, integrações e mensageria;
  • Conhecimento em observabilidade (DataDog ou similares);
  • Práticas de desenvolvimento seguro (Secure by Design);
  • Experiência com escalabilidade, alta disponibilidade e performance;
  • Testes automatizados (unitários, integração, TDD/BDD);
  • Experiência prática com uso de IA em produtos;
  • Inglês avançado;
