Stellenbeschreibung

  • Übersetzung globaler Modetrends und der Markenvision in kommerziell erfolgreiche Womenswear und Menswear Kollektionen
  • Entwicklung saisonale Konzepte, von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Produkt (Silhouetten, Stoffe, Prints & Farbwelten)
  • Erstellung von Design-Briefings, Skizzen und Style Sheets
  • Unterstützung bei Anproben, Prototypenentwicklung und technischer Umsetzung zur Sicherstellung von Passform und Qualität
  • Kontinuierliche Trendforschung und Marktanalyse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Einkauf und weiteren Teams, um ein konsistentes Markenbild zu gewährleisten

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Modedesign oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise bei einer modernen High-Street- oder kommerziellen Marke
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Textilien, Schnittkonstruktion, Passformen und Produktentwicklungsprozessen
  • Sicheren Umgang mit Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop und InDesign
  • Ein starkes Trendgespür, Kreativität und ein kommerzielles Mindset
  • Eine strukturierte, kommunikative Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
  • Die Fähigkeit, Deadlines einzuhalten und innerhalb saisonaler Zeitpläne zu arbeiten
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus
