Diese Rolle kombiniert die Kernverantwortlichkeiten eines Process/Product Owners mit einem tiefen Fokus auf das Technical Process Ownership. Anstatt ein klassisches Produkt zu managen, hast du die einzigartige Gelegenheit, die End-to-End-Verantwortung für einen Geschäftsmodell-Cluster (z. B. Wholesale oder Dropshipping) zu übernehmen.

Deine Mission ist es, die technische und operative Stabilität der zugehörigen Prozesse sicherzustellen und gleichzeitig das System proaktiv für die Zukunft zu gestalten und zu verbessern.

Du leitest das Incident-Handling, führst Ursachenanalysen durch und treibst Prozessverbesserungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Business- und Tech-Teams voran.

  • Operational Excellence deines Geschäftsmodell-Clusters und übernimm die volle Verantwortung für alle Datenflüsse – von Produkt und Pricing bis hin zu Bestellungen, Versand und Stornierungen
  • Führe das Hands-on Incident-Handling und technische Bug-Untersuchungen durch, um die eigentliche Ursache (Root Cause) zu verstehen
  • Kommuniziere Untersuchungsergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen an die jeweiligen Applikations-Teams
  • Nutze die Erkenntnisse aus diesen Untersuchungen strategisch, um die Analyse und Implementierung langfristiger Präventivmaßnahmen voranzutreiben und Systemverbesserungen zu gestalten
  • Definiere, leite und optimiere E2E-Testing-Strategien für kritische Initiativen, um eine umfassende Testabdeckung und hochwertige Deployments sicherzustellen
  • Etabliere und optimiere Prozesse für das Bug-Lifecycle-Management und verwandle einen reaktiven Prozess in einen kontinuierlichen Treiber für operative Exzellenz
  • Arbeite mit anderen Technical Process Ownern zusammen, um Best Practices auszutauschen und Verbesserungen sowie die Abstimmung über verschiedene Geschäftsmodelle hinweg voranzutreiben

Qualifikationen

  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Tech und Business (z. B. Process Owner, Technical PM, Business Analyst)
  • Fortgeschrittene SQL-Kenntnisse und fundiertes Datenbankwissen, mit der nachgewiesenen Fähigkeit, komplexe Datensätze zu interpretieren und Schlüsselmuster zu identifizieren
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Incident-Handling und in der Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Ein solides Verständnis von Systemintegrationen, APIs und Datenflüssen
  • Die Fähigkeit, Logs und Payloads zu lesen und zu interpretieren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Postman oder ähnlichen API-Testing-Tools
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
