Stellenbeschreibung

  • Übernimm Verantwortung für unsere AWS- und Kubernetes-Infrastruktur und entwickle sie weiter, indem du Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) einsetzt und Skalierbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Sicherheit von Anfang an sicherstellst
  • Konzipiere, automatisiere und optimiere CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI) und integriere Sicherheitsmechanismen (z. B. SAST/DAST) direkt in die Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Leite Monitoring- und Observability-Initiativen (z. B. Datadog), identifiziere proaktiv Systemrisiken und treibe Incident Response sowie Problemlösungen voran
  • Definiere und implementiere Best Practices für Cloud-Sicherheit, einschließlich IAM, RBAC, Vulnerability Management und Härtung der Infrastruktur über alle Umgebungen hinweg
  • Treibe Sicherheitsinitiativen wie Patch-Management, Threat Detection (z. B. GuardDuty, Falco) und die Vermeidung von Credential-Leaks über Systeme und Repositories hinweg voran
  • Arbeite eng mit Engineering-Teams zusammen, bringe dich in Architekturentscheidungen ein und leite Security Audits sowie Compliance-Initiativen

Qualifikationen

  • Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in DevOps/SRE und über 3 Jahre in sicherheitsfokussierten Rollen mit und hast nachweislich Cloud-native Systeme im großen Maßstab abgesichert
  • Du hast tiefgehende praktische Erfahrung mit AWS und Kubernetes in produktiven Umgebungen, einschließlich fundierter Kenntnisse von IAM- und RBAC-Modellen
  • Du bist sehr versiert im Umgang mit Terraform und CI/CD-Tools (GitLab CI) und kannst sicher in mindestens einer Programmiersprache entwickeln (Go, Python oder JavaScript)
  • Du verfügst über solide Erfahrung mit Datenspeichersystemen (z. B. PostgreSQL) sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Datenpipelines/ETL-Prozessen (z. B. AWS Glue)
  • Du hast umfassende Expertise in Cloud-Security, Monitoring und Observability, einschließlich Tools wie Datadog, GuardDuty, Falco oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Du bist ein:e proaktive:r Problemlöser:in mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, arbeitest gerne in agilen Umgebungen und sprichst fließend Englisch
