The posting

Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van het beheer en onderhoud van de vloot, waaronder containers, wegtrailers en containerchassis. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle materiaalbewegingen correct geregistreerd worden en volgt keuringen, herstellingen en schadegevallen nauwgezet op.Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's van de planning, de technische dienst. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en nauwkeurige opvolging zorg je ervoor dat het materiaalpark optimaal beheerd wordt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je registreert en volgt alle bewegingen van het equipment op, waaronder trailers, containers, chassis en ander laadmateriaal.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van keuringen, onderhoud en herstellingen aan de vloot.
  • Je volgt de keuringen en herstellingen van containers op.
  • Je onderzoekt schadegevallen aan de hand van fotomateriaal, verzamelt de nodige bewijsstukken en volgt claimdossiers verder op.
  • Je beoordeelt kritisch offertes van externe partijen voor herstelwerkzaamheden aan containers, trailers en chassis.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partners en interne afdelingen, waaronder planning en techniek.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging van alle dossiers.
  • Je communiceert voornamelijk in het Engels met interne en externe contacten, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een relevante logistieke of technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de logistieke of transportsector.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van trailers, containers en chassis. Ervaring met het beheer of onderhoud ervan is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels. Vooral het Engels gebruik je dagelijks in de communicatie.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel, leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een hands-onmentaliteit en bent een echte teamplayer.
