Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende zorg je ervoor dat plaatsingen, leveringen en dossiers vlot verlopen.

  • Plan dagelijks plaatsingen en transporten in en stem uitvoeringsdata af met klanten.
  • Stel efficiënte planningen op waarbij je leveringen combineert en routes logisch organiseert.
  • Volg dossiers administratief op en ondersteun bij het opmaken en verzenden van offertes en bestelbonnen.
  • Wijs projecten toe aan de juiste plaatsingsteams op basis van expertise, beschikbaarheid en rijbewijzen.
  • Pas planningen aan bij wijzigingen, drukke periodes of afwezigheden en behoud daarbij steeds het overzicht.

Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende herken je je in volgende eigenschappen of voldoe je aan deze zaken:

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen administratie, logistiek of planning.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en durft klanten en collega's verder te helpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, bewaart het overzicht over meerdere dossiers en stelt vlot prioriteiten.
  • Je maakt duidelijke afspraken en durft aan te geven wanneer een planning niet haalbaar is.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een kmo-omgeving waar samenwerken en initiatief nemen belangrijk zijn.
