Das genetikum Als Familienunternehmen steht für uns seit über 35 Jahren der Patient im Mittelpunkt. Mit kompetenten Ärzten und Wissenschaftlern, einem hochmodernen Labor, eigener Bioinformatik-Abteilung und drei Haupt-Beratungsstandorten sind wir ein führendes Facharztzentrum für alle Bereiche der Humangenetik. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teil- oder Vollzeit eine Medizinische/n Fachangestellte/n oder eine/n Physician Assistant (m/w/d) für unseren Standort im Herzen von München.

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

  • Unmittelbare Tätigkeit in der Patientenversorgung (Durchführung von Erstgesprächen, Blutentnahmen)
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der ärztlichen Sprechstunde Sichtung von Vorbefunden und Fragebögen Einholen von Vorbefunden Stammbaumerhebung Organisation von Terminen zur Weiterbehandlung bei anderen Fachrichtungen, insbesondere bei pränataler Diagnostik
  • Vorbereitung von Arzt-/Befundbriefen
  • Terminplanung
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für einsendende ärztliche Kollegen
  • Patientenaufnahme am Empfang
  • Mitverwaltung der Telefonzentrale
  • Abrechnung
  • Verwaltungsaufgaben (wie u. a. Posteingang/Postausgang)

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene MFA-Ausbildung oder Quereinsteiger mit gleichwertiger Ausbildung bzw. Hochschlussabschluss Physician Assistant oder vergleichbar
  • Freundlichkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Empathie
  • Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Patienten und medizinischen Proben
  • Flexibilität und Engagement
  • Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Freude am Organisieren
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
