Working alongside clients, whānau, providers and employers, you will coordinate rehabilitation plans, remove barriers to recovery and support clients to achieve greater independence and, where appropriate, return to work. Your role will directly contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between while helping people achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.

Level 1 and Level 2 Recovery Coordinator roles

We are recruiting for both Level 1 and Level 2 Recovery Coordinator Supported opportunities.

Level 1 is suited to candidates who demonstrate capability and potential while continuing to build their Injury Rehabilitation Case Management practice. Level 2 is generally suited to candidates with a minimum of three years' Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience who can demonstrate experienced case management capability and professional judgement.

Candidates will be assessed during the recruitment process to determine the appropriate appointment level based on demonstrated capability and Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience. Appointments may be made at either Level 1 or Level 2 depending on your skills, experience, and demonstrated capability.

Level 1 / Level 2 Appointment Assessment

Appointment level will be determined through the recruitment process based on demonstrated capability and Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience. Candidates may be appointed at Band 14 (L1) or Band 15 (L2)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
