Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Tijdelijk Accounting Assistant Verzekeringen. In deze functie ondersteun je de administratieve en boekhoudkundige verwerking van verzekeringsactiviteiten.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in documenten en administratie en bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Dankzij jouw efficiënte aanpak worden facturen, documenten en e-mails correct verwerkt en opgevolgd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Tijdelijk administratief medewerker verzekeringen bestaan jouw taken onder andere uit:

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van verzekeringsactiviteiten.
  • Je identificeert, scant en uploadt ontvangen documenten en e-mails.
  • Je verwerkt en beheert inkomende facturen van leveranciers.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve gegevens correct en tijdig worden geregistreerd.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s om de administratie efficiënt en klantgericht te laten verlopen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jouw profiel

Voor deze tijdelijke functie als Accounting Assistant Verzekeringen beschik je over:

  • Een diploma in accountancy of een boekhoudkundige opleiding.
  • Een eerste ervaring in accountancy of een gelijkaardige administratieve functie. ( 1 à 2 jaar )
  • Dit mag ook een stage zijn van een paar maanden bij een boekhoudafdeling van een bedrijf.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Een proactieve en efficiënte werkhouding.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte ingesteldheid met andere woorden: administratief sterk.
  • Een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Een echte teamspirit.
  • Beschikbaar tot eind december
