Het bedrijf is de laatste jaren uitgegroeid tot een KMO met een omzet van 23 miljoen euro die gerealiseerd wordt door bijna 40 medewerkers.

Als administratief bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse behandeling van binnenkomende meldingen en bewaak je de verdere opvolging ervan. Je houdt steeds het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat elke vraag bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt en verder wordt opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je staat in voor het dagelijkse contact met onze klanten en partners en zorgt voor een professionele en klantgerichte communicatie.
  • Je registreert inkomende tickets in ons systeem, analyseert de vraag en wijst deze toe aan de juiste verantwoordelijke.
  • Je volgt tickets actief op en bewaakt dat deze tijdig en correct worden afgehandeld.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de klantgerichte opvolging van de aan jou toegewezen tickets en maakt hierbij gebruik van de beschikbare systemen en procedures.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de geldende procedures en afspraken correct worden toegepast.
  • Je houdt het overzicht over lopende situaties en weet wanneer een dossier extra aandacht of escalatie vereist.
  • Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten, ook wanneer verschillende meldingen of dringende vragen tegelijkertijd binnenkomen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over onze werking. Zie je mogelijkheden om iets beter, efficiënter of klantgerichter aan te pakken? Dan is er ruimte om dit binnen het team te bespreken en samen te verbeteren. Initiatief en goede ideeën worden gewaardeerd.

Klantentevredenheid staat centraal. Daarom werk je nauwkeurig, volg je dossiers consequent op en zorg je ervoor dat klanten steeds op een professionele en correcte manier worden geholpen.

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Frans
  • Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen en je bent klantgericht
