Onze partner is een Belgische meubelwinkel met vestigingen in Gent, Mons en Deinze. Binnenkort openen ze ook een vestiging in Tongeren.

Door de groei en de uitbreidingsmogelijkheden te danken aan de frisse meubelcollectie, scherpe prijzen en gedreven team zoeken ze extra, enthousiaste werknemers.

Jobomschrijving

Wil jij aan de slag als administratief medewerker-allround? Lees dan zeker verder!

  • Je verzorgt het dagelijkse telefonische onthaal en helpt klanten verder met vragen over aankopen, bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Inkomende e-mails beantwoord je op een klantvriendelijke manier en volg je nauwgezet op.
  • Bij vertragingen of problemen stem je af met klanten, fabrikanten en leveranciers om tot een passende oplossing te komen.
  • Je volgt bestellingen administratief op en verwerkt alle gegevens correct in het systeem.
  • Aan de kassa en de omruilbalie help je klanten met betalingen, afhalingen, omruilingen en andere vragen.
  • Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking en ondersteun je het team bij uiteenlopende administratieve taken.
  • Je hebt een A2-diploma uit een richting waar talen en administratieve vaardigheden aan bod kwamen, een bachelor is een pluspunt!
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt een stevige basiskennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, sociaal, geduldig en blijft steeds diplomatisch.
  • Een eerste ervaring als administratieve medewerker.
