In deze rol ondersteun je de financiële administratie met:

  • Facturatie naar klanten, aanmaak van klanten en registratie bij de RSZ-administratie.
  • Het verwerken en controleren van uitgaande facturen en zorgen voor de juiste administratieve afhandeling.
  • Back-up beheer van openstaande facturen, inclusief het versturen van herinneringsbrieven, e-mails en aanmaningen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte archivering van financiële documenten en het naleven van interne en externe regelgeving met betrekking tot documentbeheer.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van finance officer zijn de volgende kennis en vaardigheden nodig.

  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een administratieve of financiële context.
  • Je beheerst Microsoft Office goed en hebt ervaring met facturatiesoftware.
  • Je hebt noties van boekhouden en inzicht in administratieve en financiële processen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en gaat vlot om met cijfers.
  • Je communiceert sterk, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch, en je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
