Onze klant is een erkende dealer van een premium automerk in de regio van Roeselare.

Het bedrijf heeft een zeer centrale ligging in West-Vlaanderen, vlak bij de E403.

De zaakvoerder is de jonge gedreven ondernemer die aan het hoofd staat van deze groeiende onderneming en kijkt uit naar een ontmoeting met jou!

Ze hebben op heden een zeer stabiel team, maar op vandaag gaan ze dus op zoek naar een service advisor (in eerste instantie tijdelijk maar met uitzicht op een vast contract).

Jobomschrijving

Zo ziet je job er uit

Voor de vacature als service advisor in een garage in de regio van Roeselare zal je instaan voor onderstaand, gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die langskomen voor de service (herstel, onderhoud, carrosserie) van hun wagen. Dit zal face to face, telefonisch of per mail zijn
  • Als service advisor ben jij de schakel tussen klant en onze werkplaats (3 a 4 mechaniekers)
  • Je plant afspraken in voor onderhoud of herstellingen en maakt dan hiervoor de werkfiches op
  • Je plant keuringen in
  • Je houdt de klanten up-to-date op de hoogte van de werkzaamheden - indien de mechaniekers op iets botsen tijdens de werkzaamheden dient de klant opgebeld te worden om te polsen of de werken mogen uitgevoerd worden
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor opmaak van bestekken, opvolgen schadedossiers, contact met carrosserie, samen met de after sales manager

Belangrijke info: dit gaat momenteel over een tijdelijke optie maar met uitzicht op een vast contract

  • We zijn op zoek naar iemand die streeft naar een uitstekende klantenservice
  • Je hebt heel wat taken die je moet uitvoeren, dus het is wel belangrijk dat je een bepaalde overview kan bewaren en kan switchen tussen de verschillende taken
  • Je hebt zin om aan de slag te gaan in de automotive sector, want het blijft natuurlijk wel een technisch product
  • Je hebt wel enige ervaring als serviceadvisor in de automotive sector
  • Het kan met pieken wel heel druk zijn aan onze receptie, dus jij kan zeer goed tegen stress en werkdruk
  • De merken die wij verdelen zijn er van het premiumsegment en onze klanten verwachten ook wel een premium service. Kan jij hen dit bieden? Ook als de klant niet tevreden is, probeer jij dit toch om te buigen naar een happy customer. Wees zeker wel gewaarschuwd met een premium klant, die zijn niet altijd de makkelijkste.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan nauwkeurig werken
