Estamos en búsqueda de profesionales para el rol de Temenos T24 / Core Banking & Payments Specialist que quieran crecer, aprender y dejar su huella siendo parte de un equipo inclusivo, colaborativo y global.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Liderar funcional y técnicamente iniciativas relacionadas con Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact y core de pagos.
  • Gestionar procesos de pagos end-to-end, incluyendo procesamiento, contabilización, compensación, liquidación, conciliación y gestión de excepciones.
  • Traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos funcionales y decisiones de solución.
  • Coordinar integraciones entre T24, canales, APIs, middleware, CCE y otros sistemas o proveedores.
  • Liderar el análisis y resolución de incidentes y problemáticas asociadas al core bancario y medios de pago.
  • Asegurar la calidad del diseño, pruebas, performance, resiliencia y readiness productivo.
  • Identificar y proponer mejoras sobre el ambiente T24.
  • Actuar como referente e interlocutor senior entre equipos de negocio, arquitectura, tecnología, operaciones y proveedores.

👩‍💻 ¿Qué necesitas para este rol?:

  • Experiencia sólida trabajando con Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact, idealmente en entornos productivos bancarios.
  • Conocimiento profundo de Core Banking y procesos de pagos.
  • Experiencia con procesos de pagos end-to-end: procesamiento, contabilización, compensación, liquidación, conciliación y excepciones.
  • Experiencia trabajando con integraciones, APIs, middleware y sistemas transaccionales.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de pagos en Perú, incluyendo CCE, transferencias inmediatas, interoperabilidad, QR y regulación aplicable.
  • Perfil con visión técnica, funcional y de negocio, con capacidad para conectar las necesidades del negocio con las soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Capacidad para comprender procesos end-to-end, identificar impactos y proponer soluciones.
  • Experiencia trabajando directamente con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
  • Experiencia en análisis y resolución de incidentes relacionados con sistemas core y procesos de pagos.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse con autonomía, resolución y comunicación ejecutiva.

  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas o proyectos relacionados con T24 y medios de pago.
  • Experiencia coordinando integraciones entre diferentes sistemas, canales y proveedores.
  • Experiencia trabajando transversalmente con equipos de negocio, arquitectura, tecnología y operaciones.
