Buscamos un/a Director/a de Cybersecurity para impulsar nuestro negocio de Cyber en Bilbao, liderando equipos, clientes e iniciativas estratégicas de transformación en ciberseguridad.

El puesto se desempeña en Bilbao en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo. Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.

¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar proyectos y programas estratégicos de Cybersecurity, desde la definición de la estrategia hasta su ejecución.
  • Dirigir equipos multidisciplinares, coordinando prioridades, capacidades, riesgos y calidad de los entregables.
  • Trabajar con clientes y stakeholders ejecutivos, identificando necesidades y nuevas oportunidades en Cyber.
  • Supervisar iniciativas en ámbitos como Cyber Strategy, Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM y gestión de riesgos.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la relación con clientes y la evolución de cuentas y servicios de Cyber.
  • Definir estrategias, roadmaps y programas de transformación de ciberseguridad.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar equipos de profesionales de Cyber.
  • Impulsar propuestas y nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Supervisar la ejecución y resultados de los proyectos bajo su responsabilidad.

Cualificaciones

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia profesional en Cybersecurity.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos.
  • Perfil generalista de ciberseguridad, con visión end-to-end y profundidad demostrable en al menos dos o tres dominios técnicos.
  • Sólido conocimiento de estrategia, gobierno, riesgo y cumplimiento (GRC): ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ENS y regulación como NIS2, DORA o GDPR.
  • Experiencia en arquitectura y seguridad tecnológica: Zero Trust, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM/PAM, seguridad de red, endpoint y datos, y DevSecOps.
  • Conocimiento de Security Operations y resiliencia: diseño y transformación de SOC, SIEM/SOAR/XDR, respuesta a incidentes, threat intelligence y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
  • Capacidad para traducir el riesgo técnico en impacto de negocio, y para definir y dirigir roadmaps y programas de transformación en ciberseguridad ante CISOs, CIOs y comités de dirección.
  • Inglés C1.

Requisitos valorables

  • Certificaciones como CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP o ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
  • Experiencia en seguridad OT/ICS, privacidad y protección de datos, o seguridad de la IA y del uso de IA generativa.
  • Conocimiento de seguridad ofensiva y validación (pentesting, red/purple teaming, TLPT/TIBER) y de criptografía post-cuántica.
  • Experiencia en sectores regulados (financiero, energía, industria o sector público) y en el diseño de ofertas y propuestas de servicios de Cyber.

Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.
