Vos missions en tant que Resource Manager en stage:

  • Participer à l’identification de profils correspondant aux besoins projets.
  • Analyser des CV et compétences en regard des fiches de poste.
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour des outils de staffing (disponibilités, compétences) : Assurer la cohérence des informations dans les outils.
  • Aider à la préparation des shortlists de candidats.
  • Participer aux réunions de synchronisation staffing.
  • Suivre la disponibilité des consultants (bench).
  • Mettre à jour les fichiers de pilotage (Excel / dashboards).
  • Contribuer à la production de reportings réguliers.
  • Identifier des tendances simples (profils disponibles, tensions, etc.)
  • Participer au tri de CV et à la préparation des entretiens.
  • Aider à la préparation des CV format client.
  • Accompagner certaines étapes d’onboarding des nouveaux entrants.
  • Proposer des améliorations sur les outils (Excel, templates, suivi).
  • Participer à des initiatives d’automatisation ou de structuration.
  • Documenter des processus (ex : recherche de profils, suivi bench).

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes étudiant en Master Management de projet, innovation et transformation numérique et vous recherchez un stage de fin d’études de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2027.
  • Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et évoluer dans un environnement international.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise pour analyser, comprendre et synthétiser des informations.
  • Votre anglais professionnel vous permet d’échanger avec les équipes internationales.
