Descripción del puesto

Misión:

Brindar apoyo operativo en la recepción, el control, el ordenamiento y la entrega de los bienes que se encuentren en custodia en el almacén, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos, a fin de contar con un abastecimiento oportuno. Registrar de entrada y salida de materiales en el sistema, debiendo archivar y tener bajo custodia toda la documentación relacionada a los movimientos del almacén.

Requisitos del candidato

En ACCIONA en su negocio de AGUA se encuentra en la búsqueda de un ASISTENTE DE ALMACEN que cumpla con el siguiente perfil:

Funciones:

  • Recibir, revisar, despachar y organizar los materiales y equipos adquiridos por la empresa.
  • Colaborar en la clasificación, codificación y rotulación de materiales y equipos que ingresan al almacén.
  • Registrar y llevar el control de materiales y equipos que ingresan y salen del almacén.
  • Distribuir y movilizar materiales y equipos de la unidad dentro del almacén, de la base o hacia otras bases.
  • Colaborar en la realización de los inventarios periódicos o de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Encargado de Almacén.
  • Elaborar guías de despacho.
  • Registrar y/o digitar en el sistema todo lo concerniente a los materiales, herramientas, útiles, etc. de acuerdo con lo establecido por el Encargado de Almacén.
  • Informar al Encargado de Almacén la necesidad de stock de materiales, herramientas, útiles, uniformes, etc. que estén próximos a terminarse.
  • Custodiar la mercancía existente en el almacén.
  • Verificar y asegurar que las guías de requerimiento de herramientas, materiales, uniformes, etc. se encuentren con letra legible, sin borrones y/o enmendaduras.
  • Apoyo en el control de la salida del material, entregado al personal de la empresa.
  • Mantener el orden y limpieza dentro y fuera de almacén todos los días.

Requisitos:

  • Secundaria Completa o carrera técnica de administración o carrera afines.
  • Experiencia previa en el puesto.
