Descripción del puesto

Misión: Efectuar la gestión y seguimiento de las compras importadas y locales, con la finalidad de contar con los suministros necesarios y mantener el margen de utilidad para el desarrollo de las diversas áreas y proyectos.

Funciones:

  • Realizar el seguimiento a los proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega, las condiciones pactadas y la calidad de los productos o servicios adquiridos.
  • Emitir y gestionar órdenes de compra locales e internacionales, garantizando la correcta documentación y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos de aprobación.
  • Atender de manera oportuna y eficaz los requerimientos de insumos y materiales de las obras o proyectos, coordinando con las áreas solicitantes para identificar y comprender sus necesidades específicas.
  • Homologar y evaluar proveedores, verificando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, capacidad de respuesta, requisitos legales y criterios de sostenibilidad establecidos por la organización.
  • Negociar condiciones comerciales favorables con los proveedores, incluyendo precios, plazos de entrega y formas de pago, buscando obtener la mejor relación costo-beneficio para la organización.
  • Participar en la definición de estrategias de abastecimiento, identificando oportunidades de ahorro, consolidación de compras y mejora de procesos.

Requisitos del candidato

Formación académica / Titulación

  • Bachiller o titulado(a) en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Ingeniería Empresarial o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en funciones de compras, adquisiciones o aprovisionamiento.
  • Experiencia en gestión de compras para proyectos de infraestructura, construcción, industria o sectores afines.
  • Deseable experiencia en compras locales e internacionales, negociación con proveedores y seguimiento de órdenes de compra.

Conocimientos complementarios

  • Conocimientos en gestión de compras, abastecimiento y evaluación de proveedores.
  • Manejo de cotizaciones, análisis comparativo de ofertas y negociación de condiciones comerciales.
  • Conocimiento de procedimientos de compras, órdenes de compra y documentación asociada.
  • Manejo de SAP Business One (SAP BO), módulo de compras.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, a nivel básico como mínimo; deseable nivel intermedio.
  • Deseable conocimiento de compras para proyectos de construcción e infraestructura.
