ACCIONA, en su línea de Negocio de Industrial, precisa incorporar un/a Coordinador/a de Calidad de Subestaciones para uno de sus proyectos en el área FV EPC de Renovables en Guadalajara.

Descripción del puesto

Misión

Coordinar y garantizar la calidad técnica, normativa y documental en la ejecución y puesta en servicio de subestaciones eléctricas, asegurando la correcta implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares del proyecto, requisitos contractuales y satisfacción del cliente.

Funciones:

  • Coordinar la implementación del Plan de Calidad del proyecto en los distintos frentes de trabajo.
  • Asegurar que se trabaje con la última revisión vigente de planos, especificaciones técnicas, procedimientos y protocolos aplicables.
  • Coordinar y supervisar técnicamente las actividades del equipo de calidad en obra.
  • Verificar la correcta recepción, trazabilidad y conformidad de materiales y equipos.
  • Coordinar la revisión y validación de planes de calidad, procedimientos, protocolos de ensayo y PPIs.
  • Realizar seguimiento a inspecciones técnicas en campo y controles periódicos de ejecución.
  • Gestionar y coordinar el tratamiento de no conformidades, incidencias y acciones correctivas/preventivas.
  • Coordinar y presenciar ensayos eléctricos, FAT/SAT y actividades de puesta en servicio, asegurando la correcta validación de resultados.
  • Garantizar la adecuada gestión documental de calidad y la elaboración del dossier final del proyecto.
  • Coordinarse con contratistas, ingeniería, proveedores, cliente y dirección de proyecto para asegurar la correcta aplicación de los requisitos de calidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa técnica aplicable, requisitos contractuales y del operador del sistema.
  • Difundir y velar por el cumplimiento del Plan de Gestión Ambiental y los requisitos establecidos en la DIA.
  • Proponer mejoras orientadas a la optimización de procesos y a la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión.

Requisitos del candidato

Formación Académica

Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Energética o similar. Valorable formación complementaria en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (ISO 9001) y Medio Ambiente (ISO 14001).

  • Conocimiento de normativa técnica aplicable a subestaciones eléctricas.
  • Experiencia en proyectos EPC del sector renovable o T&D.
  • Gestión documental y control de calidad en proyectos industriales.
  • Conocimientos en ensayos eléctricos y puesta en servicio.

Idiomas y nivel requerido

Castellano e Inglés
