Requisitos del candidato

En ACCIONA para su negocio de INDUSTRIAL, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Practicante Profesional:

Misión:

  • Brindar soporte en los procesos de nómina y administración de personal, asegurando el correcto procesamiento de información, cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales y atención oportuna a los colaboradores.

Funciones:

  • Brindar soporte en la recopilación, revisión y validación de novedades de nómina, tales como asistencias, horas extras, descansos médicos, licencias y descuentos.
  • Apoyar en el cálculo y revisión de beneficios sociales, incluyendo gratificaciones, CTS y vacaciones.
  • Participar en la elaboración de liquidaciones de beneficios sociales y preparación de documentación correspondiente al cese de personal.
  • Brindar asistencia en la elaboración y declaración de obligaciones laborales, tributarias y previsionales mensuales, mediante PLAME, T-Registro y AFP NET.
  • Elaborar y actualizar reportes de gestión del área, tales como bases de personal, indicadores de nómina y reportes de rotación.
  • Atender y brindar orientación a los colaboradores sobre consultas relacionadas con boletas de pago, depósitos y trámites administrativos.

Formación académica:

  • Egresado o bachiller de las carreras de Administración, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

Años de experiencia requerida:

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 6 meses en prácticas preprofesionales o funciones relacionadas con nómina, planillas o administración de personal. (Deseable)
  • Conocimientos básicos de legislación laboral y normativa vigente. (Deseable)
  • Deseable conocimiento de PLAME, T-Registro y AFP NET.

Herramientas y software

  • Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado utilizando grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Power BI (deseable)
  • Presentaciones de alto impacto (deseable)

Idiomas y nivel requerido

  • Inglés – Nivel Intermedio (Deseable).
