Requisitos del candidato

En ACCIONA para su negocio de INDUSTRIAL, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Practicante Profesional:

Misión:

  • Brindar soporte técnico y administrativo al área de Bienestar Social, contribuyendo a la planificación, organización, ejecución y seguimiento de campañas, programas e iniciativas orientadas al bienestar de los colaboradores, así como a la adecuada gestión de información, documentación e indicadores del área.

Funciones:

  • Apoyar en la coordinación y ejecución de campañas, programas y actividades de bienestar dirigidas a los colaboradores.
  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos, registros e indicadores del área.
  • Elaborar reportes y cuadros de seguimiento sobre participación, cobertura y resultados de las iniciativas.
  • Organizar y controlar la documentación relacionada con beneficios, seguros, salud ocupacional y atención al colaborador.
  • Brindar soporte en la atención y derivación de consultas o requerimientos de los colaboradores.
  • Coordinar con proveedores y áreas internas para la realización de actividades y atención de casos.
  • Preparar presentaciones, piezas informativas y comunicaciones internas en PowerPoint y Canva.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de cronogramas, participantes, entregables y evidencias de las actividades.
  • Proponer mejoras en los controles, registros y procesos operativos del área.
  • Ejecutar otras funciones inherentes al puesto, de acuerdo con los objetivos del área.

Formación académica:

  • Egresado o bachiller de las carreras de Trabajo Social, Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o
  • carreras afines.

Años de experiencia requerida:

  • Deseable experiencia previa de al menos 6 meses en prácticas preprofesionales
  • o actividades vinculadas.

Herramientas y software

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Excel intermedio a avanzado
  • Power BI (deseable)
  • Presentaciones de alto impacto (deseable)
  • Manejo de Canva u otra herramienta de diseño (deseable)
  • Conocimientos generales sobre beneficios, seguros, salud ocupacional y procesos
  • de atención al colaborador (deseable)

Idiomas y nivel requerido

  • Inglés – Nivel Intermedio (Deseable).
