En ACCIONA te ofrecemos la posibilidad de tener un primer contacto con el mundo profesional a través del Programa ACADEMY. Durante el mismo, podrás embarcarte en una experiencia de retos y proyectos grupales que te permitirán conocer a fondo una compañía que apuesta por el desarrollo sostenible al tiempo que desarrollas tus habilidades y competencias profesionales.

¿EN QUÉ CONSISTE EL PROGRAMA ACADEMY DE ACCIONA?

Se trata de una formación intensiva en la que podrás conocer nuestra compañía, trabajar en casos prácticos y compartir experiencias con otros estudiantes, realizar talleres de formación en habilidades, networking con distintos profesionales de ACCIONA, trabajo en equipo en distintos retos y un caso real de la compañía.

El programa tendrá una duración de 2 semanas, del 11 al 22 de Enero del 2027 en horario de mañana, y será presencial en nuestra oficina ubicada en las Condes, Santiago de Chile.

Requisitos del candidato

¿QUÉ PERFIL BUSCAMOS PARA PARTICIPAR EN EL PROGRAMA ACADEMY DE ACCIONA?

Si estas cursando penúltimo, ultimo año o egresaste de una carrera profesional tal como: Ingeniería Industrial, Derecho, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Comercial, Construcción, o afín, tienes buen expediente académico y dominio de inglés intermedio, el programa ACADEMY es para ti.
