Project Info The Wave Stage 1 will deliver 19km of dual-track heavy rail between Beerwah and Caloundra, connecting the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane for the first time. ACCIONA, as part of the CoastalTraX consortium, is delivering design and pre-construction works ahead of major construction from mid-2027, supporting the region's growth and the Brisbane 2032 Games.

LinkedSite and LinkedOffice are purpose built ACCIONA systems.

About Opportunity Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you'll support and maintain project control systems including LinkedSite, LinkedOffice and SEO, covering requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting. You'll train and support project stakeholders, including subcontractors and partners, in using these tools correctly. The role includes cost control support, month-end reporting, and identifying process improvements, working closely with the commercial team and the regional Project Controls Manager.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:

  • Maintain and support project control systems and data integrity
  • Deliver training on LinkedSite and LinkedOffice to stakeholders
  • Manage month-end reporting and keep records current
  • Support cost control procedures and project forecasting
  • Assist commercial team with claims and modifications
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective action
  • Support financial audits and maintain project CBS

Required Skills and Competencies

What capability & experience will you need to have:

  • Vocational training or degree in business, finance or accounting
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Office Suite, SAP ERP and Power BI skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
