Descripción del puesto

ACCIONA en el negocio de INDUSTRIAL requiere contratar un Supervisor Técnico de obra para un proyecto de Líneas de transmisión, subestaciones y Planta Fotovoltaica localizado en Camaná, Arequipa.

Misión:

Supervisar técnicamente la ejecución de las obras civiles asociadas a las Líneas de transmisión y subestaciones eléctricas del proyecto asegurando que los trabajos se realicen conforme a la ingeniería aprobada, especificaciones técnicas, procedimientos constructivos, estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente del proyecto.

Requisitos del candidato

Funciones:

  • Supervisar la ejecución de las obras civiles de LLTT/SSEE eléctricas.
  • Verificar que los trabajos ejecutados por los contratistas se desarrollen conforme a planos aprobados, especificaciones técnicas, procedimientos constructivos y criterios de calidad del proyecto.
  • Registrar y reportar diariamente el avance de obra, incluyendo actividades ejecutadas, recursos utilizados, restricciones, incidencias, condiciones climáticas y evidencias fotográficas.
  • Coordinar con el contratista la programación diaria y semanal de actividades, asegurando que los frentes cuenten con información, recursos, permisos, accesos y condiciones necesarias para ejecutar los trabajos.
  • Validar en campo las condiciones reales del terreno, alertando oportunamente sobre diferencias respecto a la ingeniería, interferencias, inestabilidad de taludes, accesos críticos u otras condiciones que puedan afectar la ejecución.
  • Coordinar con topografía y calidad las verificaciones necesarias para la liberación de actividades civiles, incluyendo replanteos, niveles, cotas, dimensiones, compactación, acero de refuerzo y concreto.
  • Identificar y reportar desviaciones técnicas, no conformidades, restricciones o riesgos constructivos, proponiendo acciones correctivas o preventivas cuando corresponda.
  • Apoyar en la revisión de metrados ejecutados y valorizaciones de contratistas, verificando que las cantidades reportadas correspondan a trabajos realmente ejecutados y aceptados en campo.
  • Dar seguimiento al cierre de observaciones de campo, asegurando que el contratista corrija oportunamente las desviaciones detectadas.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente durante la ejecución de las obras civiles en campo

Perfil:

Formación académica / Titulación:

  • Técnico en construcción civil, edificaciones, obras civiles, topografía o formación técnica afín.
  • También podrá considerarse personal con secundaria completa pero con experiencia comprobada en supervisión de obras civiles en campo, especialmente en movimiento de tierras, excavaciones, cimentaciones, concreto, accesos o proyectos de infraestructura.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puesto similar en proyectos similares.
