Description du poste

Vous assisterez et soutiendrez le Directeur dans la coordination de l'exploitation de chaque service (Hébergement, Restauration et Technique) à partir des moyens humains, financiers et matériels afin d’assurer la pérennité et le développement de l'entreprise.

La partie restauration est prépondérante dans le poste.

Vous interviendrez essentiellement sur les domaines suivants :

  • Management et gestion des ressources humaines
  • La qualité de la prestation et du service aux clients
  • L’optimisation de la fréquentation de l’établissement et de son image
  • L’optimisation des résultats économiques et de la gestion des indicateurs de rentabilité
  • La gestion des stocks et optimisation de nos ratios
  • La commercialisation de l’établissement et de son offre
  • Les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, notamment les normes HACCP

Une formation en Hôtellerie-Restauration est requise (BTS et +) et/ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente avec connaissance des métiers de ce secteur.

Le sens de l’accueil, de l’organisation, commercial, le leadership ainsi que l’anglais professionnel et la maîtrise informatique sont vivement conseillés.

Le poste est à pourvoir en Janvier 2027, pour un CDI à Temps Complet.
