Job Description

To drive social event, wedding and group celebration revenue for Raffles Bali through proactive sales activities, business development, client relationship management and seamless conversion of enquiries into confirmed events while ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury brand standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute wedding and social event sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for both group catering and F&B outlets
  • Prospect and secure new wedding, social, event-standing alone and FIT business for the F&B outlet from local and international markets.
  • Handle enquiries, site inspections, proposals, contract negotiations and event confirmations.
  • Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, DMCs and luxury travel partners.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate account records in CRM systems.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, trade events and networking to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with resort operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare customized quotations, presentations and event packages aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for F&B Activation and destination wedding opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, prepare forecasts and provide regular business updates to management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries and conversion opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns, familiarization trips and promotional events related to weddings and celebrations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing or General Manager

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 3 (three) years experience in wedding sales, event sales or luxury hospitality sales.
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar.

Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and revenue focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales systems.
  • Professional presentation and luxury service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
