In qualità di Chef de Rang, entrerai a far parte del nostro team di sala, occupandoti della gestione e del coordinamento del tuo rango durante i servizi legati ai nostri eventi.

Le modalità di servizio e i turni varieranno in base alla tipologia di evento: ogni occasione sarà una nuova sfida, da affrontare con flessibilità, spirito di squadra ed entusiasmo!

  • Sarai il punto di riferimento per gli ospiti, garantendo un servizio attento, curato e professionale, coordinando le attività del tuo rango e collaborando con il resto della brigata per assicurare un'esperienza impeccabile.
  • Ti occuperai della gestione del tuo rango, assicurandoti che ogni servizio si svolga con precisione, cura e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Accoglierai e accompagnerai gli ospiti, offrendo un servizio attento, cordiale e professionale, anticipando le loro esigenze.
  • Gestirai la presa delle comande e il servizio al tavolo, assicurandoti che ogni portata venga presentata e servita secondo gli standard richiesti.
  • Coordinerai le attività del tuo rango, collaborando con commis di sala e resto della brigata per garantire un servizio fluido e impeccabile.
  • Ti occuperai della preparazione e del mantenimento della mise en place, assicurandoti che la sala e la tua postazione siano sempre ordinate e curate.
  • Darai il meglio di te anche nei momenti di maggiore intensità, mantenendo concentrazione, rapidità, flessibilità e spirito di squadra!

  • Hai un'ottima attenzione ai dettagli: sai che un servizio impeccabile parte da una mise en place curata e da una tavola sempre perfetta!
  • Hai un'eccellente conoscenza del servizio di sala: conosci piatti, ingredienti, menu e tecniche di servizio e sai raccontarli agli ospiti con sicurezza e professionalità!
  • Hai una spiccata attenzione al cliente: sai accogliere, ascoltare e anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti, trasformando ogni servizio in un'esperienza speciale!

💰 Paga oraria: 15,62 € lordi secondo quanto previsto dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro AICA per il settore turistico.

📑 Contratto: Si tratta di una tipologia contrattuale, regolata dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro AICA per il settore turistico.
