Job Description

As a Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Create memorable first and last impressions by providing warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
  • Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, recognising returning visitors and delivering personalised service whenever possible.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

  • Proven reception exposure and experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests
  • The right to work in New Zealand
  • Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Be able to work a rotating roster across 7-days including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent spoken English
