Description du poste :

  • Gestion des réservations et répartition des clients : Prendre les réservations, assurer une bonne répartition du temps de service et orienter les clients de manière à maximiser l'efficacité du service.
  • Communication et coordination : Transmettre toute demande spéciale des clients à la cuisine, au concierge et à la réception, et coordonner la répartition des clients entre les serveurs.
  • Conseil et connaissance du menu : Conseiller les clients sur la carte des plats et boissons, tout en connaissant parfaitement les plats, garnitures, contenu et méthodes de préparation.
  • Soutien au service et maintien de la propreté : Aider au service, à la mise en place et assurer la propreté des lieux pour maintenir l'image professionnelle de l'hôtel.
  • Satisfaction client et respect des standards : Veiller à la satisfaction continue des clients, suivre les standards de l'hôtel Fairmont, et participer aux réunions et formations du département.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en service : Une expérience antérieure dans le service est un atout.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Aptitudes à communiquer, en français et en anglais, afin de comprendre et discuter aisément avec une clientèle internationale.
  • Flexibilité et gestion du temps : Capacité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles et à s'adapter à un environnement au rythme soutenu.
  • Gestion du stress et efficacité : Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme soutenu.
  • Travail d'équipe et fiabilité : Capacité à collaborer efficacement en équipe et à faire preuve de responsabilité, de fiabilité et de confiance.
