L'hotelF1 Paris Porte de Montreuil recherche son Responsable technique.

En tant que Responsable Technique, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la maintenance et le bon fonctionnement de l’établissement. Votre mission principale sera d’assurer la gestion des infrastructures techniques de l’établissement, tout en veillant au confort et à la sécurité des clients.

Description du poste

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des installations techniques afin d’assurer la disponibilité optimale des espaces et outils à destination des clients et des collaborateurs.
  • Maîtriser & Optimiser la consommation d’énergie de l’hôtel (électricité – gaz – eau)
  • Responsable de la Sécurité incendie de l’établissement :
  1. Coordonner et animer l’ensemble des équipes de l’hôtel pour mettre en œuvre les procédures et suivis réglementaires
  2. S’assurer de la formation de l’ensemble du personnel aux règles et procédures de sécurité de l'hôtel (exercices périodiques d’alarme, test du matériel et exercices d’évacuation
  3. S'assurer de la bonne régularité des contrôles et vérifications réglementaires
  • Préparer et suivre les plans d’action de la Commission de Sécurité et de l’ensemble des organismes des contrôles réglementaires
  • Réaliser et/ou Coordonner les interventions techniques (électricité, plomberie, chauffage, climatisation…)
  • Gérer et optimiser l’intégralité des contrats de sous-traitance technique
  • gérer l'affectation des ressources et la budgétisation des projets techniques
  • Assurer le reporting du département, notamment au travers des outils mis en œuvre par le Groupe Essendi : RECAP (Energies) SET (conformité Réglementaire)
  • Mise en œuvre du suivi documentaire lié à la prévention des risques et son pilotage : registre de sécurité, d’accessibilité, carnets sanitaires, Dossier Technique Amiante...
  • Appliquer les procédures de la Directive Légionnelle Essendi notamment sur l’eau chaude sanitaire.
  • Veiller au respect de la politique de développement durable de la marque et du groupe.

Qualifications

  • Expérience confirmée dans un rôle de Responsable technique, avec une solide expérience dans des domaines techniques pertinents.
  • Cursus initial : BTS électrotechnique, Licence de maintenance hôtelière immobilière…
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et de développer le personnel.
  • Solides compétences en matière de gestion de projet, y compris une expérience des méthodologies Agile
  • Connaissance et pratique des outils informatiques
  • des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision
  • Compétences pratiques et théoriques incontournables : Electricité , CVC (chauffage-ventilation-climatisation), traitement de l'eau, réglementation ERP (Etablissement recevant du public)
