The posting

  • Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance records.
  • Update employee attendance Daily basis.
  • Check daily clock-in and clock-out records and identify missing punches.
  • Follow up with employees and site supervisors regarding attendance discrepancies.
  • Collect and consolidate Daily attendance reports from project sites.
  • Monitor employee overtime (OT), rest day and public holiday working records.
  • Track annual leave (AL), medical leave (MC) and no-pay leave (NPL).
  • Verify leave applications and ensure they are properly submitted for approval.
  • Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
  • Ensure attendance records are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Handle other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to communicate with employees and site supervisors and engineers to resolve attendance issues.
