Η Actionline αναζητά Συμβούλους Πελατών Τράπεζας για πλήρη απασχόληση, για λογαριασμό μεγάλης συστημικής τράπεζας, σε καταστήματα σε όλη την Αττική.

📊 Branch Banking Officer | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Branch Banking Officer θα αναλάβεις την υποστήριξη πελατών και συγκεκριμένα:

  • Την επικοινωνία και η βέλτιστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της Τράπεζας
  • Την διεκπεραίωση συναλλαγών και η παροχή πληροφοριών
  • Την ανάπτυξη της τραπεζικής σχέσης με υφιστάμενους και νέους πελάτες μέσα από την προώθηση τραπεζικών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών.

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Πτυχίο ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας σε προφορικό και γραπτό επίπεδο
  • Εξοικείωση με digital εφαρμογές και εργαλεία
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση
