📊 Digital Banking Advisor | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Digital Banking Advisor θα αναλάβεις την υποστήριξη πελατών μέσω ψηφιακών καναλιών επικοινωνίας και video banking υπηρεσιών. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Την πραγματοποίηση πρώτης επαφής με πελάτες της Τράπεζας μέσω τηλεφώνου
  • Τη διενέργεια video calls για ενημέρωση και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Την προώθηση επενδυτικών και ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων υψηλής αξίας
  • Την παροχή προσωποποιημένης εξυπηρέτησης βάσει τραπεζικών αναγκών
  • Τη διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου customer experience με επαγγελματισμό και ευγένεια
  • Την υποστήριξη digital banking υπηρεσιών και τραπεζικών προϊόντων

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΑΤΕΙ, κατά προτίμηση Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Καλή χρήση MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Επαγγελματισμό και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση τραπεζικών προϊόντων και συστημάτων
  • Επιθυμητή κατοχή πιστοποίησης Ασφαλιστικού Διαμεσολαβητή ή Επενδυτικών Προϊόντων Α1
