📊 Υπεύθυνος Συναλλαγών & Εγγυητικών Επιστολών | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Υπεύθυνος Συναλλαγών & Εγγυητικών Επιστολών θα αναλάβεις τη διαχείριση αιτημάτων εταιρικών πελατών και την υποστήριξη τραπεζικών συναλλαγών. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Τη διαχείριση αιτημάτων εταιρικών πελατών μέσω της τραπεζικής πλατφόρμας
  • Τον έλεγχο πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας και οικονομικών στοιχείων πελατών
  • Την παρακολούθηση και ενημέρωση του status πελατών
  • Την επικοινωνία με τραπεζικά υποκαταστήματα για επίλυση ζητημάτων
  • Τη διαχείριση διαδικασιών εγγυητικών επιστολών
  • Τη συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση τραπεζικών διαδικασιών και υπηρεσιών

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε τραπεζικό περιβάλλον ή τμήμα συναλλακτικής εγγυητικών επιστολών
  • Γνώση τραπεζικών διαδικασιών και προϊόντων
  • Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματισμό
