🎯 Junior Banking Assistant – Trade Finance | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Junior Banking Assistant – Trade Finance θα αναλάβεις την υποστήριξη καθημερινών τραπεζικών εργασιών που σχετίζονται με το Trade Finance και τις διαδικασίες εισαγωγών και εξαγωγών.

Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Τη διαχείριση αιτημάτων εισαγωγών και εξαγωγών που προέρχονται από τα τραπεζικά καταστήματα
  • Τον έλεγχο και την καταχώριση παραστατικών, τιμολογίων και λοιπών εγγράφων στα τραπεζικά συστήματα
  • Τη διεκπεραίωση τραπεζικών εμβασμάτων
  • Την υποστήριξη στην παραγωγή ημερήσιων reports και αναφορών
  • Την ορθή και έγκαιρη διεκπεραίωση των καθημερινών εργασιών του τμήματος

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στα Οικονομικά, Χρηματοοικονομικά, στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office, με έμφαση σε Excel και Word
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τραπεζικό οργανισμό θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
