Η θέση αφορά τη συνολική διαχείριση της μισθοδοσίας, τη διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με την εργατική και ασφαλιστική νομοθεσία και τον συντονισμό διαδικασιών payroll σε περιβάλλον διαχείρισης μεγάλου όγκου εργαζομένων (mass payroll).

🎯 Payroll Manager | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Payroll Manager θα αναλάβεις τη συνολική διαχείριση της λειτουργίας μισθοδοσίας, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των υπολογισμών, τη συμμόρφωση με την ελληνική εργατική και ασφαλιστική νομοθεσία και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση μεγάλου όγκου εργαζομένων.

Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Την πλήρη διαχείριση της μισθοδοσίας (end-to-end) για περισσότερους από 600 εργαζόμενους (πλήρους, μερικής και προσωρινής απασχόλησης)
  • Τον υπολογισμό της μισθοδοσίας, την έκδοση μισθολογικών καταστάσεων και τον έλεγχο της ορθότητας των πληρωμών
  • Τη διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με την εργατική και ασφαλιστική νομοθεσία και την παρακολούθηση των σχετικών νομοθετικών αλλαγών
  • Τη διαχείριση ασφαλιστικών υποχρεώσεων και τη μείωση λειτουργικών κινδύνων και λαθών
  • Την υποβολή ΑΠΔ προς τον ΕΦΚΑ και των απαραίτητων εντύπων στο ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
  • Την προετοιμασία αναφορών (reporting) προς τη Διοίκηση και το Finance
  • Την επίβλεψη συνεχών προσλήψεων και αποχωρήσεων σε περιβάλλον υψηλού όγκου προσωπικού (mass payroll environment)
  • Την προετοιμασία αρχείων πληρωμών προς τις συνεργαζόμενες τράπεζες και τη συμφωνία με το Λογιστήριο
  • Τη στενή συνεργασία με τα τμήματα HR, Finance και Operations για τη βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών μισθοδοσίας και την υλοποίηση αυτοματοποιήσεων

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Οικονομικής Κατεύθυνσης, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε θέση Payroll σε εταιρεία ή λογιστικό γραφείο με διαχείριση 300+ εργαζομένων σε περιβάλλον mass hiring ή mass payroll
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του συστήματος μισθοδοσίας EpsilonNet PYLON HRM – Μισθοδοσία (θα θεωρηθεί ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό προσόν)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων και συντονισμού ομάδας
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, υπευθυνότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
