Acushnet, leader dans l’industrie du golf, est un fabricant et distributeur de balles de golf, clubs, chaussures et gants de golf, vêtements spécialisés, sacs de golf et autres accessoires.

Dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'une nouvelle usine d'assemblage et de la montée en puissance de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Recrutement pour renforcer notre équipe Ressources Humaines pour un CDD d’une durée de 18 mois.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la constitution des équipes qui contribueront au succès de ce projet stratégique.

Rattaché(e) au Head of Human Resources, vous participerez à l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les différents métiers de la Région Mainland Europe :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins de recrutement avec les managers.
  • Rédiger et diffuser les offres d'emploi sur les différents canaux de recrutement.
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions de sourcing afin d'identifier les meilleurs talents.
  • Réaliser les préqualifications téléphoniques et les entretiens de recrutement.
  • Coordonner les processus de sélection avec les managers et assurer le suivi des candidatures.
  • Participer à l'organisation d'événements de recrutement : forums emploi, job dating, partenariats avec les écoles et organismes locaux.
  • Développer et alimenter des viviers de candidats.
  • Assurer une expérience candidat positive tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Contribuer à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en lien avec le service RH
  • Suivre les indicateurs de recrutement et communiquer régulièrement sur l'avancement des recrutements.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent.
  • Première expérience réussie en recrutement, en cabinet ou en entreprise.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing et d'entretien.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication.
  • Organisation, autonomie et sens des priorités.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais
  • Quelques déplacements ponctuels à prévoir dans le cadre d'événements de recrutement.
